Atelier Dorothée

Dorothée offers courses so it will be posibillity to do your own projects. The couses are open to all age groups and we supply all materials needed. We work in my atelier or in the pedestrian street in front of the atelier. I speak English, French, the Nordic languages and understand German.

You can chose between:

• Half-a-day introduction

• Full introduction 5 half-days

• Intensive 4 or 5 day courses for beginners or advanced students

Into 2 1/2 hours 25 € per sesion 

you work with glass mosaics from Opio on a surface 20 X 20 cm. The youngest students work with pre cut tiles only. The older students are alowed to cut themselves. your mosaic will be for decoration only. If you like to do a water resistant mosaic with joints you have to count on 2 sesions. The Intro takes place on Saturday and Wednesday mornings. Please call for reservation.

Full intro 5 x 2 1/2 hours 100 €

After you have tested the material on a 20 x 20 surface you can do a miror (40x50 cm) or a decoration 30x40 cm. You work with the glass from Opio and you grout your mosaic. You follow the hours of the regular intros.  

Intensive 4 x 5 Hours 400 €

The intensive course will allow you to work with several different materials and to finish a more important piece like a small tabeltop or a bigger miror. Please contact me for the scheduel with information about your prior mosaic experience.
